Private tuition	Not encouraged; prior written permission from the Principal is advised if necessary

Important Notice from Prospectus: If fees remain unpaid beyond the permitted grace period, the student's name may be removed from the attendance register. Transport facility is available for a fixed monthly charge payable for 12 months.

80% Compulsory Attendance:

Minimum attendance of 80% is compulsory for every student to be eligible to sit for examinations.

Leave Applications:

Leave applications should be submitted in advance; guardians should inform the Principal in writing in case of illness or unforeseen emergencies.

10 Days Absence Rule:

A student absent for 10 consecutive days without information may have their name removed from the register. The stated re-admission fee is ₹100.

Post-Vacation Attendance:

Students must attend on the very first reopening day after each vacation.

Transport Facility:

Available for a fixed monthly charge payable for 12 months.

Examination & Assessment Rules

Nursery, Montessori & KG:

Nursery, Montessori, and KG students do not have formal written tests according to the prospectus; their progress is assessed continuously throughout the year.

Classes I–VIII Passing Benchmark:

The stated minimum passing marks for Classes I to VIII are 40% in aggregate.

No Re-Examination:

No re-examination is provided if a student is absent from an examination.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM):

Parent-teacher meetings are held on the second Saturday of every month, and parental attendance is compulsory. Parents should review progress reports, sign them, and return them within three days. A duplicate progress report card costs ₹20.
